These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Dr Rebecca Griffiths Medical Aesthetics website.
By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product packaging, appearance or formulation may occasionally be updated by the manufacturer and may therefore differ slightly from images shown on the website.
Please read all product information, ingredients, directions and warnings before use.
Information provided on this website is for general information purposes and is not intended to replace individual medical advice where this is required.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email.
Acceptance of your order and formation of the contract between us takes place when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:
- a product is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or description error;
- payment has not been authorised; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the amount paid.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.
Available delivery methods and charges will be displayed during checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will normally be delivered within 30 days of the order being accepted.
6. Collection Orders
Certain products may be available for collection only.
Where a product is marked as collection only, it cannot be delivered and must be collected from the location specified during the ordering or collection process.
We will contact you or provide confirmation when your order is ready for collection. Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.
7. Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase goods online, you will normally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
You must tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
8. Returns
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning them.
Returned products should be appropriately packaged and returned with proof of purchase where possible.
Where a product has been sealed for health or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may not apply once that seal has been broken where the product is then unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
9. Refunds
Where you validly cancel an online purchase, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods together with the cost of our standard delivery service where required by law.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery charge.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
We may reduce a refund where goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by law.
10. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not meet the standards required by law, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.
11. Product Suitability
Skincare products can affect individuals differently.
Please check the ingredients and product information before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
Stop using a product if you experience an unexpected adverse reaction and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional codes are subject to any additional conditions stated with the promotion.
Unless otherwise specified:
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively; and
- we reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions where reasonably necessary.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a purchase made as a consumer.

The terms applying to your purchase will be those in force when your order was placed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom will retain any mandatory rights provided by the laws applicable to them.
